Overview

SchoolBlocks is a K–12 website and digital-engagement platform that combines managed school and district websites with Google Workspace content, mobile access, document engagement, and AI-assisted answers. It is designed to make public information easier for families to find while allowing staff to maintain content through familiar workflows.

The platform is currently marketed as a distinct product and should not be retired. Because LINQ also has a separate website record in this category, the catalog should confirm ownership and product boundaries during reconciliation rather than merging the two based only on overlapping features.

Features
School and district websites
  • Provides professionally designed, responsive sites with content blocks, shared branding, permissions, and distributed editing.
  • Districts can organize multiple schools within a coordinated web presence.
Google-centered publishing
  • Can surface Google Drive files, folders, calendars, and other Workspace content directly on website pages.
  • This reduces duplicate publishing but requires clear ownership and sharing controls.
Engagement tools
  • Offers mobile apps, document engagement, social features, and AI-powered website answers according to the selected package.
  • Districts should review source accuracy, accessibility, privacy, and escalation paths for AI responses.
Support Options
