Product Details

Overview

Raptor Visitor Management is a K–12 visitor-screening and campus-entry platform. Front-office staff scan identification, check visitors against configured offender and district databases, review alerts, record the purpose and destination of a visit, print a badge, and maintain a current list of people on campus.

Raptor can connect visitor records with broader emergency, reunification, volunteer, attendance, and safety workflows depending on licensed products. Districts should establish documented false-match review, custody and restricted-person procedures, data-retention limits, emergency use, staff training, and a manual fallback for outages.

Features
Check-in and screening
  • Supports identification scanning, offender and custom database checks, district restrictions, custody-related review, and staff notification.
  • Staff remain responsible for reviewing alerts and applying district entry and custody procedures.
Badges and campus awareness
  • Creates visitor badges, logs arrival and departure, tracks campus presence, and supports reports and emergency accountability.
  • Real-time records can support front-office operations and emergency accountability when check-out practices are followed.
Data and governance
  • Broader Raptor safety, volunteer, emergency, and reunification functions depend on licensed products and integrations.
  • Districts should minimize retained identity data and define access, disclosure, false-match review, retention, and outage procedures.
