Frontline Absence & Time is a K–12 employee absence, substitute placement, timekeeping, and attendance platform. Employees report absences, district rules identify eligible substitutes, and available jobs are distributed through web, mobile, and automated notifications so schools can cover classrooms without maintaining separate call lists and spreadsheets.
District teams can connect accepted assignments to time, leave, payroll, and compliance workflows while monitoring fill rates, absence patterns, and unfilled positions. Product scope depends on the Frontline modules licensed by the district, so substitute management, Time & Attendance, payroll export, and analytics should be documented separately during implementation.
