KickUp is a K–12 educator-growth platform that combines professional-learning management with coaching, walkthrough, feedback, and employee-evaluation workflows. Districts can centralize learning opportunities, attendance, credits, transcripts, forms, observation data, goals, and growth activity instead of maintaining separate systems and spreadsheets.
The platform is designed to connect professional learning with district priorities and evidence about educator practice. Modular licensing matters: districts should document whether they use Learning, Coaching and Walks, Growth, dashboards, or other components and how employee, identity, and course data enter the system.
