Overview

SysAid is an IT service-management and help-desk platform that centralizes incidents, requests, service catalogs, knowledge, assets, and automated workflows. District staff can submit issues through a portal and other supported channels while technicians prioritize, assign, communicate, and resolve work from shared queues.

The platform combines ticketing with asset context, service-level controls, analytics, automation, and optional AI-assisted functions. Districts can use it for technology support and extend configured workflows to facilities, human resources, or other internal service teams.
