Product Details

Overview

osTicket is an open-source support-ticket system that converts requests from email, web forms, and staff entry into a shared queue. Organizations can self-host the community edition or use a commercially hosted and supported service from the project’s vendor.

Configurable forms, filters, assignment rules, service plans, canned responses, tasks, knowledge resources, user portals, and ticket history support straightforward help-desk operations. It is a general-purpose platform that districts can adapt to technology or other service departments.
