Overview

Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is the current successor to HEAT service-management products. It centralizes incidents, requests, knowledge, service catalogs, approvals, changes, assets, and automated workflows for technology and other internal service teams.

Districts still using a HEAT-branded deployment may be operating a legacy version or an upgraded Ivanti environment. The record should identify the actual installed product before the catalog name and district relationships are converted to the successor.
