SchoolPay is an i3 Education K–12 payment product for collecting parent, community, and staff payments online or in person. Districts can use it for student fees, activities, registrations, meals, donations, school stores, and other collections while centralizing payment records and reducing the risks and administrative costs of cash handling.
The platform supports targeted charges, custom information collected with a payment, multiple payment channels, role-based administration, reconciliation, refunds, and district reporting. It connects with student information, cafeteria, general-ledger, and other district systems so charges and transactions can move through existing operational workflows.
