PaySchools Central is i3 Education’s family payment hub for school meals, student fees, activities, registrations, and other district charges. Families can manage multiple students, pay by card or bank account, view balances and activity, transfer eligible funds, schedule payments, and receive fee-deadline or low-balance notifications through web and mobile access.
For staff, PaySchools combines the Central family portal with PASS for in-person payments and PaySchools Admin for reconciliation and reporting. It can connect with supported student information and cafeteria systems, route collections to multiple ledgers or bank accounts, and coordinate with other PaySchools modules for nutrition, events, applications, forms, and school stores.
