Overview

Singlewire InformaCast is an emergency and mass-notification platform for distributing urgent information across phones, SMS, email, desktop computers, mobile apps, speakers, digital signs, collaboration tools, and other connected endpoints.

Schools use it for lockdowns, severe weather, security incidents, operational alerts, panic-button workflows, and automated notifications triggered by building or safety systems. It can contact families, but its defining function is coordinated emergency communication across people and on-campus devices rather than routine family engagement.
