rSchoolToday Facilities Scheduler is a K–12 space and event-scheduling system, now part of ArbiterSports, that provides a real-time view of activities across district buildings and locations. It manages requests, approvals, reservations, calendars, contracts, invoicing, and payments for internal programs and community facility use.
The product shares scheduling information with other rSchoolToday applications, including activity scheduling, school and district calendars, and maintenance requests. This helps districts avoid double-booking, coordinate athletics and other events, and connect reservations with the operational work needed to prepare a space.
