Informed K12 digitizes school-district forms, signatures and routed approvals for business, human resources, payroll and student-services processes. Staff can follow workflow status, request corrections and retain records of completed actions.
The workflow records a request, its reviewers, and the approved outcome. Departmental staff connect completed forms with the personnel, financial, or student record that must ultimately be updated. A completed approval and a changed operational record may be separate events. Process owners establish responsibility for that final handoff and the evidence retained.
