Epicor ECM, formerly DocStar ECM, is a document-management and process-automation platform for capturing, storing, finding, securing, and routing business records. It is commonly used with finance and ERP processes, but can also support contracts, personnel files, purchasing, and other district content that needs controlled access and an audit trail.
The platform can be deployed in the cloud or on supported customer infrastructure. It combines document capture, indexing, workflow, electronic forms, retention, and integrations with ERP, accounting, CRM, and productivity systems so staff can work with documents from the applications where transactions occur.
