Product Details

Overview

SysCloud is a cloud-backup and security platform for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. It independently copies district email, files, shared drives, Teams, SharePoint, and related SaaS information so administrators can recover records deleted by users, ransomware, misconfiguration, or retention limits in the source service.

The platform also adds search, eDiscovery, retention, data-loss-prevention, and security visibility across supported cloud applications. It protects information rather than devices or network traffic, making it useful for districts that need recoverable cloud records and centralized investigation of sensitive or suspicious content.

Features
SaaS backup
  • Automates recurring backups for supported Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Restores individual items, users, folders, shared drives, or broader datasets without overwriting unaffected content.
Security and compliance
  • Searches backup data for sensitive information, risky sharing, threats, and policy violations.
  • Supports retention, legal discovery, audit, and delegated administrative workflows.
District operations
  • Provides centralized status, alerts, reporting, and bulk administration across users.
  • Reduces dependence on native recycle bins and short recovery windows.
