Pathways from Education Advanced is a graduation, college, career, and military readiness tracking platform for secondary schools. It combines current SIS data with district and state requirements so counselors can audit credits, monitor graduation plans, track CTE and work-based learning, record readiness indicators, and identify students who need intervention.

The product is operationally focused: it replaces manual transcript audits and disconnected spreadsheets with a shared student worksheet, configurable reports, and a family portal. Regular SIS feeds keep grades, credits, GPA, courses, demographics, and test information current, while integrations with other Education Advanced products can connect readiness tracking with assessment and accountability work.

  • Combines credits, grades, GPA, diploma rules, endorsements, and local requirements in an interactive student record.
  • Flags missing requirements and supports cohort, campus, counselor, and district reporting.
College, career, and military readiness
  • Tracks SAT, ACT, AP, ASVAB, dual credit, FAFSA, industry certifications, and other readiness indicators.
  • Supports customizable four-year plans and postsecondary goals.
CTE and work-based learning
  • Tracks programs of study, concentrator and completer status, certifications, internships, apprenticeships, job shadows, documents, hours, and mentor feedback.
  • Produces accountability, compliance, and funding-related reports from the collected information.
Counseling workflows
  • Logs meetings, interventions, communications, forms, and follow-up activity.
  • Provides students and guardians a district-configured, read-only MyPathways view of progress and plans.
SIS and suite integration
  • Uses secure automated feeds from major SIS platforms including Skyward, PowerSchool, Ascender, eSchoolPlus, and Infinite Campus.
  • Connects with Education Advanced TestHound and can combine assessment, accountability, and readiness information.
