The SWIS Suite from PBISApps is a set of web applications for collecting and using student behavior data within a PBIS or multi-tiered support framework. Its central purpose is decision support: schools enter office discipline referrals and intervention data, then use standardized reports to understand who is involved, what happened, where and when incidents occur, and how patterns change over time.
The suite includes SWIS for schoolwide referral data, CICO-SWIS for Check-In/Check-Out interventions, and I-SWIS for individualized student support. It is best suited to schools that already have defined behavior expectations and response processes and need a structured system for monitoring implementation and outcomes.

- Produces the PBIS 'Big 5' and drill-down reports for school teams and administrators.
Check-In/Check-Out monitoring- Tracks daily progress reports, goals, and student performance for CICO interventions.
- Shows change over time so teams can decide whether to continue, adjust, intensify, or fade support.
Individual student support- Supports individualized data collection for students receiving intensive behavior intervention.
- Lets teams define measures, enter observations, and graph progress against goals.
Team decision support- Provides dashboards and reports for recurring PBIS meetings and action planning.

For more than a decade, SWIS Suite has assisted teams to improve their internal decision making and overall support plan design for individual students and their families. The three SWIS applications, SWIS, CICO-SWIS, and ISIS-SWIS, align with a PBIS framework and provide the needed data for both universal screening as well as progress monitoring.
