Informed K12 is a district operations platform for converting finance, human resources, student services, and administrative paperwork into digital forms and routed workflows. It is built around K–12 processes such as timesheets, reimbursements, personnel actions, onboarding, contracts, approvals, and family submissions.
District teams can prefill data, apply conditional routing, collect signatures and corrections, monitor bottlenecks, and retain audit-ready histories. APIs and supported integrations can exchange data with SIS, HR, payroll, and finance systems so completed work does not have to be re-entered.
