PowerSchool Enrollment (formerly InfoSnap Enrollment) is an online registration/enrollment platform designed with the K-12 education environment in mind. The platform provides secure, customized online forms that can be completed by new and existing families with tools such as deep conditional logic to provide a unique enrollment experience for each student. Additionally, PowerSchool Enrollment offers powerful administrative portals for the review, editing, reporting, and managing of data submitted through the online forms.
Features
PowerSchool Enrollment services are architected using a SaaS-based (Software-as-a-Service) model. PowerSchool will host a secure solution 24/7/365 with no Organization IT investment in hardware or resources required to support the solution. PowerSchool Enrollment provides many variations to the enrollment process because we understand no two organizations do it in exactly the same way. We approach each solution by first having a thorough understanding of how the organization currently executes new/returning student enrollment and how they want to do it moving forward. PowerSchool Enrollment also assists with open enrollment, admissions, and school choice/lottery.
