Overview
myON provides unlimited access to a broad collection of authentic digital texts that are available for online and offline reading. Our research-based approach to literacy is based upon the Lexile® Framework for Reading. A proprietary engine dynamically generates a list of just-right titles that match each student’s current interests, grade and Lexile® level, which displays on their Recommended reading page.

Features
Students choice and just-right books
Students can choose titles from their recommended list or from the full myON library available under their school or district subscription. The more students read in their just-right range, the more meaningful practice they will get as they develop and hone their reading skills.

Flexible scaffolds and literacy tools
Flexible scaffolds, including professionally-recorded audio, text highlighting, an embedded dictionary and a zoom feature, make texts more accessible for students. Reading and writing tools foster close connections to the text, further increasing engagement and skill development.

Metrics on student engagement and growth
myON seamlessly measures engagement while students are reading, and our embedded Lexile® assessments and optional end-of-book quizzes provide additional data on student growth.

Educator and family resources
myON is designed to support independent, self-directed reading and teacher assignments. Our Educator Resources support best practices and just-in-time staff development, while myON at Home tips and tools help families further engage their children in reading outside of school time.

Professional services and support
Our Professional Services and Support teams are dedicated to ensuring that every myON implementation succeeds in helping our partner schools, districts and communities achieve their unique goals for student literacy and learning.
