Overview

Siteimprove is a cloud-based digital accessibility and website optimization platform that continuously scans websites and PDFs for barriers, organizes findings by WCAG criterion and severity, and gives content owners and developers guidance for correcting them.

For school systems managing many pages and contributors, it centralizes accessibility monitoring, progress reporting, quality assurance, and governance so teams can prioritize remediation work, document improvement over time, and reduce the chance that new content introduces recurring problems. Automated scanning supports—but does not replace—manual accessibility testing.

SiteImprove is a service that monitors your websites in real-time, offering suggestions on how to keep it ADA compliant, among other things. It will check for spelling typos, dead links, and other common website bugs. But it's main value is in providing ADA compliant checks on the site structure and content to make sure the site is accessible to visually and hearing impaired individuals, as required by federal law.

Your days of combing through data and manually spotting errors are over. Through intelligent automation, Siteimprove takes care of those time-consuming tasks so you can focus your efforts where they belong: prioritizing issues, optimizing content and design, and aligning digital metrics with organizational goals.
