Error Description
LEA must be a valid code in CDS and have an active CALPADS reporting relationship with the Reporting LEA
Suggested Resolution
1) Verify that submission contains the correct School of Attendance and Reporting LEA relationship. See the website http://www.cde.ca.gov/re/sd/
OR 2) If submission contains a charter school, verify the charter school's reporting status from http://www.cde.ca.gov/ds/sd/cs/ap/selectdistrict.aspx Note: For independently reporting charter schools, the School of Attendance code is to be used as the Reporting LEA in the submission.
